These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Imaginis website at imaginis.com and the community forum at community.imaginis.com (together, the "Site"), which are operated by Reef Capital ("Reef Capital," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Not medical advice

Imaginis provides general health and wellness information for educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site — including articles, the glossary, news, community posts and comments, advertisements, or any other content — is professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and none of it is a substitute for the advice of a qualified healthcare provider.

Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions you have about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read on the Site. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or your local emergency number immediately.

Using the Site, or communicating with us or with other users, does not create a doctor–patient relationship. We do not recommend or endorse any specific test, product, procedure, provider, opinion, or other information that may appear on the Site, including in advertisements. Any reliance you place on Site content is strictly at your own risk.

2. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for a general adult audience. You must be at least 13 years old (and at least 16 in the EEA/UK) to create a community account. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Use of the Site and intellectual property

You may read our content and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, sell, scrape, or present our content as your own, or use it to train machine-learning or AI models, without our prior written permission.

All content we create — text, design, graphics, logos, and the Imaginis name and butterfly mark — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited permission above, no rights are granted to you.

4. Community forum and user content

The community forum lets you create an account and post content. You are responsible for your account and for everything posted from it, and for keeping your password secure.

You keep ownership of the content you post, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt for display, and distribute that content on and in connection with the Site.

Your posts are public. When using the community, you agree not to post:

• professional medical advice, or any content presented as individualized medical advice or diagnosis;
• private, sensitive, or personally identifying information about yourself or anyone else;
• harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content;
• spam, advertising, promotions, or solicitations;
• content that infringes any intellectual-property, privacy, or other right; or
• malware, or attempts to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.

The community is for general discussion and peer support only — do not use it to seek or give individualized medical advice. Community content is created by users, does not reflect our views, and is not verified by us; we are not responsible for it. We may (but are not obligated to) monitor, edit, or remove any content and may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, with or without notice.

5. Advertising and third-party content

The Site displays third-party advertising (including through Google AdSense) and may link to third-party websites and resources. Ads are labeled "Advertisement." We do not control, and are not responsible for, advertiser or third-party content, products, services, or practices, and your dealings with advertisers or third parties are solely between you and them. 6. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Medicine and best practices evolve, and content may become outdated. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reef Capital and its owners, operators, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss or harm arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or from any decision you make based on the Site or its content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reef Capital and its owners, operators, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how advertising and analytics work on the Site.

10. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina.
